Welcome to anPace. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.anpace.com) and our contact management application. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing anPace, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. Use of Services

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent to use this platform.
• License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the anPace app for managing your professional and personal contacts.
• Prohibited Use: You agree not to use anPace for any unlawful activity, including the unauthorized collection of data (scraping) or distributing spam.

3. User Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the contact information you scan, upload, or sync.
• Account Security: You must safeguard your login credentials. anPace is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your password.
• Permissions: To use features like the Business Card Scanner (OCR) and QR Sharing, you must grant the app necessary permissions (Camera, Contacts) on your device.

4. CRM Integrations and Third-Party Services

• anPace allows you to sync data with third-party platforms like ARUU EasyCRM.
• We do not control the privacy practices or performance of these third-party services. Your use of such integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, software code, and branding on the anPace platform are the exclusive property of anPace and its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without our express written consent.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

• We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue specific features of the app (such as cloud sync or OCR technology) at any time to improve the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, anPace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm our systems or other users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of anPace shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
